Raj Panchal is the Western Sydney Council Engagement & Facilities Lead at Cricket NSW, working with councils, clubs and communities to support cricket participation, facilities and infrastructure across Western Sydney.

Previously, as Cricket Manager for Blacktown, he helped grow participation and build a connected cricket ecosystem for players, volunteers, families and future generations for over 5,000 partipants. He also helped grow Urban Rec Western Sydney to more than 3,000 adult participants.

Raj is known for his collaborative approach and finding win-win outcomes. He is also Coach Raj on TikTok, with cricket videos reaching more than 300,000 views.

 His involvement with WSYD Moving began in 2023, and he has proudly supported Collective Leisure and the movement ever since.
