Patrick O'Meara

PJ is Camden Council’s Senior Social and Community Planner. He is responsible for the measurement of key social data within the Camden LGA, whilst providing specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to social and community planning. PJ has over 10 years’ experience working in the social services sector both in non-for-profit and government roles. In PJ’s previous roles at Camden Council, he was responsible for the establishment of the award winning co-located services hub at Julia Reserve Youth & Community Centre in Oran Park, developed and delivered the Camden Youth Strategy and supported the establishment and growth of the Camden Youth Network.

PJ is currently responsible for developing the Camden Wellbeing report and dashboards, the Camden Social and Cultural Infrastructure Framework and is playing a leading role in supporting Western Sydney moving and the SWSLHD to establish the Camden Local Active Partnership.
