Nadiana Albistur
Nadiana is a community development and social policy professional working at Blacktown City Council, supporting the city’s ageing community and working across the ageing service system to strengthen opportunities for older people to live well and remain connected to their communities. In her role, Nadiana is leading the development of the Blacktown City Ageing Action Plan, working collaboratively across Council and with sectors that influence how older people experience their communities and age well in place. Her work brings together diverse perspectives to strengthen partnerships and support coordinated, meaningful outcomes for older people. Nadiana holds a Bachelor of Social Work (First Class Honours) and has experience across local government, the community sector and broader human services. She is committed to building partnerships, influencing systems and achieving positive outcomes for communities.
