Meredith Claremont is the Executive Director of the Centre for Population Health, in the NSW Ministry of Health. The Centre aims to support healthy lifestyles and address the chronic disease risk factors of obesity, nutrition and physical activity, smoking and vaping, blood borne viruses and sexually transmitted infections (including HIV).  

Meredith has thirty years of experience in public policy and has worked across the portfolios of health, justice, environment and central agencies, in state and federal government agencies.
