As Co-Chair of the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) Musculoskeletal Network, leads the development and evaluation of statewide models of care while advancing clinician, consumer and community engagement.

Recognised for translating research into policy and practice through partnerships with government, health services, researchers, and consumers to improve outcomes at scale. Provides strategic leadership of research programs aligned to NSW Health priorities and strengthens interdisciplinary research and education partnerships across academia, government, industry and community sectors. Has secured $19.9 million in competitive grant funding and led health system reform initiatives. Recipient of the 2019 University of Sydney Faculty of Health Sciences Alumni Award for Professional Achievement.
