Matt Levinson leads corporate affairs and culture policy at independent think tank Committee for Sydney, and is a member of the senior team coordinating its program of advocacy, events and research.

He brings deep social change experience in government, advocacy and purpose organisations, as well as producing a regular podcast on the city's creative changemakers.

Recent reports include ‘Making it in Sydney’ on creative workspace, ‘Gig Economy’ on Sydney’s live music scene, ‘Western Sydney Progress and Prospects’ in collaboration with Western Sydney University, and the annual Life in Sydney report in collaboration with Ipsos – he has new work underway on creative workspace, cultural tax reform, street food and sport.
