Kristian currently serves as a Senior Community Development professional for the Alcohol & Drug Foundation, where he works to support community stakeholders through the Good Sports program. Good Sports supports over 12,000 Australian community sporting clubs to reduce harms from alcohol and other drugs – fostering a healthier, safer and more family friendly environment for all.

He’s held recent roles at the Office of the Children’s Guardian and Office of Sport, engaging with the community sport sector to deliver positive governance and participation outcomes around New South Wales. Beyond his day job, he enjoys umpiring grassroots Aussie rules around Sydney and sitting on the hill at Henson Park with his young family!
