I am passionate about exercise and movement in general as a way of enjoying life and better managing health, hence the career change, as in a previous life I worked in the investment banking industry here in Sydney and multiple locations overseas.
I enjoy sports in general, however mainly rugby league and cricket. I currently volunteer as junior cricket team manager for a local under 14s team where my son plays and has had previous coaching roles in junior rugby league.
