Charlene Bordley is the founder of Addventageous and Parramatta Bike Hub, social enterprises connecting communities through cycling, health, and sustainability. A Cycling Luminaries Leadership Award recipient, she leads programs such as Her Cycling Connections and the Transformers E-Bike Trial. Actively contributing to the City of Parramatta’s Integrated Transport Advisory Committee and the Sydney Olympic Parklands Advisory Committee, Charlene champions inclusive, place-based approaches to active travel and community wellbeing across Western Sydney
